PREP ENROLMENT 2025/2026

We are at capacity for Prep 2025. 

Our Information Evening and Orientation program for Prep 2025:

• Information Evening for Parents - Tuesday 15th October 6:30pm-8pm
• Orientation Day 1 for Students - Thursday 24th October 9:30am-10:30am
• Orientation Day 2 for Students - Thursday 31st October 9:30am-11am
• Orientation Day 3 for Students - Thursday 7th November 9:30am-11:30am

We are currently taking enrolments for Prep 2026.  We will not make any offers for places until after our Open Days in 2025, which will be held in February and March (TBA).

 Please contact the school to arrange a tour. 

If we need to make offers using below criteria, date of submission will also be considered.

We have a selection criteria as follows:
A) Siblings of current students
B) Catholic children living in the Parish of Sandringham
C) Catholic children living outside the Parish of Sandringham
D) All other children

Whilst we do refer to our selection criteria, there are multiple valid reasons for sending your child to our school.  All applications will be considered.

Enrolments welcome any time (We will keep records on file) - for Foundation entry, you need to apply the year before your child is due to start school. 

NB**To start primary school your child will need to turn five years of age by 30 April of the year that they start school. Your child must be at school in the year that they turn six years of age - this is the compulsory school starting age.

OTHER YEAR LEVEL ENROLMENT
General enrolment enquiries for other year levels should also be made via the above email, or alternatively please email the Principal, Simon Collis at principal@shsandringham.catholic.edu.au  

Depending on year level, we have limited places available. 

TO APPLY FOR ANY LEVEL, PLEASE COMPLETE ENROLMENT FORMS (FOUND BELOW) AND SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING:

• A COPY OF YOUR CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
• A COPY OF YOUR CHILD'S BAPTISM CERTIFICATE (if applicable)
• A COPY OF YOUR CHILD'S IMMUNISATION CERTIFICATE
• PAYMENT OF A $50 APPLICATION FEE (full EFTPOS facilities available at the office).
